The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and polite. The room cleanliness was exceptional, and the breakfast was high quality with a great variety. The rooms were very comfortable, well-equipped, and furnished with high-quality, modern furniture. On top of that, getting to the city center was very easy, and having a secure underground parking garage was a huge plus
There was nothing I didn't like because everything was fantastic.

I will not recommend this hotel to others for sure, especially there is different hotel such as Grande Hayatt
The staff was welcoming ..
- Breakfast is not the best. The hotel doesn’t considered as 4 stars as it’s mentioned.. - the rooms are very small. - first day nobody assisted anyone from the group with the luggage. - the towel smells not good, like it was washed only in a water. - the hotel has been calling me for their WC seat which was broken once i reached the room (junior suit) but they are asking me to pay 100 Manat for it. And this wasn’t only my room which has broken stuff, even different rooms that i stayed in, and others who are with me in the group. The shift Manager, Jamal was arguing for the payment, and seems not believing his customers.

there is nothing to like about this property
if you want to ruin you vacation book this hotel, breakfast poor, location so crowded, staff unprofessional ( no one to pick up luggage, no one to bring car from parking). we have requested extra bed the bed was bought to us after several calls at 2:00am. really unsatisfied just i cannot understand the people who gave them good rate
