我住4天發現一些問題。 1. 櫃台人員說我訂的房間是便宜的，所有吹風機要另外付費。總共是5 Sol。 2. 淋浴間的熱水有時候還要通知員工才會開啟。 3. 早餐真的是太少，只要麵包、炒蛋跟咖啡／可可，連肉都沒有。 4. 房間格局很怪，除了小(價格低？)，對外窗是居然走道，可以看見房間有無開燈；淋浴間還能聽到隔壁房講電話。隔音不好，連大門開門的鈴聲及櫃台的電話聲都聽的到。除了以上這些，員工及老闆娘人都很好。

Not a great experience
Giving this a reluctant 3 stars. Checking in was problematic, breakfast was very basic but most importantly of the 2 rooms booked, for one we might as well have been on the street (net curtain so no light protection, so so loud). On plus size it was clean and comfortable (in the room you could get some sleep in) and people were helpful. Much better hotels in Cusco for the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is walkable to the plaza mayor and the market district. Excellent location.

I didn't have cell signal or Wi-Fi working when I was trying to find the hotel and I walked by the front door several times. I eventually rang the doorbell, but it was to the hostel next door! The managers came out and helped me though, so that turned things around. The decor was a bit older than other hotels I saw in the area but it was clean and budget friendly! They even booked a taxi to take me to the airport in the very early morning, which was a tremendous help.
