    We always like the vibe of this hotel.The location is great, away from the busy city but only a few minutes walk to the water front for a great range of dining options.

    This time we took a room rate that included breakfast. Generally you get good value for money in hotels with breakfast but not here.The Ala carte menu gives you one option to choose from. The 10 or so options ranged from toast and preserves to 2 eggs with a bit of bacon and 2 cherry tomatoes. One hot drink or juice was also included. We settled for a granola bowl which consisted of the worst "homemade" granola.Encountered 1 piece of almond and a raisin, the rest was tasteless oats. Husband took the egg option. Although both options were sufficient in size it was not value for money. A glass of juice is $14.00 and if you wanted toast and jams an extra 19.00. Won't be doing this next time we stay here.Better options available outside the hotel
