    The QT was A Cuty

    Best location Staff pretty laid back so be ok with that Apartment great size with kitchenette and small fridge We couldn't find a toaster

    We couldn't find a toaster Fridge isnt in kitchen area Only 1 towels Staff said they would get back to us twice and didn't but it didn't impact the outcome

    Over priced and poor customer service

    Blue Hotel Bondi - location

    Blue Hotel - Done ✅ Very disappointing stay. We were charged an extra $52 just to check in at 2pm instead of 3pm, which felt unreasonable. The room was clean, but the furniture was very dated, cobbled together and worn, with a faded, patchy lounge. At 4:45am on Sunday, we were woken by what sounded like a dance party in the room next door. We repeatedly called reception, but the calls were disconnected/hung up and no one came to help. At 7:30am we reported the issue and asked for a one-hour late checkout due to the disrupted sleep. We were again told it would cost another $52. We were told someone would get back to us, but by 9am we still hadn't heard anything. When we followed up, we were told the manager couldn't be contacted until 9am—something that had never been explained to us. Clean room, but poor service, excessive extra charges and disappointing customer care. We would not stay here again.
