住宿景觀極佳, 空間寬敝, 住宿安靜舒適, 距離皇后鎮市區也不會太遠, 走路10幾分鐘就會抵達
1F的空間(門口進入層)明顯較為寒冷, 走道暖氣不足, 浴室熱水多人使用會用完, 需要再等1~2個小時

Beautiful views and comfy inside but outside areas need some work for safety
Beautiful views, very comfortable beds. Big kitchen
Its a pricey stay and the outdoor areas had not been cleaned in a long time as their was significant mould build up on the verandahs both upstairs and the entry. (I only took photos of the entry one as shown) which make it very slippery The entry verandah also has a top guard rail (see pictures) but nothing to stop children falling off under the rail which has a significant drop. So young children have to be help constantly whilst on this deck. Given it is an expensive property to stay at I would expect those areas to be clean and safe. I imagine the home owners pay alot in cleaning fees and would be disappointed to find out that it is like this for their guests

Perfect home away from home.
Loved this house. Gorgeous and comfortable! Felt like a home away from home. Comfortable beds and great views.

the location was amazing. the views are awesome. close to everything
the on street parking the whole street makes for a difficult drive in and out of the street. care has to be taken.
