Great location because we don't mind walking and taking the train to the busy tourist areas.
Owner provided continental breakfast which was lovely. Juice and pastries delivered several times. Air conditioned unit and lots of light. Owner was very nice and warm when she handed us the codes and showed us around the unit.
Could not reach owner with questions during our stay ..tried booking app and the number the owner provided. Even left a handwritten note. A little disappointed.

Nice charming place with personal touches & excellent host!
Good location! Luisa was fantastic!!! Very nicely decorated. Enjoyed the private balcony where we enjoyed provided breakfast of bread, cheese, fruit, coffee & juice. It had a washer dryer unit which we utilized. Walked around the neighborhood in the evening & felt safe.

Très bon séjour, accueil charmant et appartement confortable malgré un ascenseur capricieux
Très bon séjour au Quad Avenue à Lisbonne. L'accueil avec Luisa a été particulièrement charmant. L'appartement était parfait, les lits très confortables et le petit déjeuner offrait beaucoup de choix. Les produits de toilette étaient également de très bonne qualité.
Petit bémol pour l'ascenseur, parfois un peu capricieux (on est souvent descendu à pied, mais heureusement, il fonctionnait dans la montée) surtout lorsque l'on séjourne au 10e étage. L'ôtel étant proche de l'aéroport, on voit et entend bien les avions attérir et décoller. Mon mari, passionné d'aviation, était ravi ! Heureusement les vols s'arrêtent durant la nuit, ce qui permet de bien se reposer.
