The house is a Victorian Cottage. The stairs in the house are original and are relatively steep. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have young children or elderly people in your party. Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit will be charged 2 days before check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    Highly recommend but be aware one bathroom only

    Cute cottage in amazing location. Owners friendly online. Clean and nice and quiet after 11pm Great to have safe locked parking just across the park (5min walk)

    The description of property said 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. In fact there is one bathroom so I had to complain to booking.com for the error. Don’t know if error is owner or booking.com but booking.com gave me a partial refund due to the misleading description.

    The cottage was fabulous and the parking was excellent.

    Stairs were steep but ok. Second bedroom was small for 2 adult friends .
