  1. Location is very good, located in old town close to the beach, markets. 2. Easy check in and check out processes.

  1. The sound insulation is practically non-existent. You can clearly hear guests in the neighboring apartments, even simple movements such as someone turning over in bed. 2. Despite the property rules stating that parties are not allowed, we experienced a disturbance caused by guests in another apartment during our stay. The owner was responsive, even in the middle of the night, and did his best to address the situation, but unfortunately, there was little he could do beyond asking the guests to keep the noise down. 3. There are no mosquito nets on the windows, which would be a useful addition, especially during the warmer months. 4. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the apartment. However, this may have been related to the local sewage system, as we noticed similar smells in other places on the island.

  Комфортное расположение в центре старого города , море в 3х минутах хоть бы , очень чисто , хозяин не один раз интересовался как проходит наше прибывание , все просто супер
