    Great breakfast buffet and staff, parking situation not ideal

    Staff at Quality Hotel Saga were great and helped provide us with extra towels and resolved issues like our keycard not working very quickly. 24/7 front desk was helpful for late nights coming back from aurora-chasing. Location was good too, in the middle of Tromsø and easy walking distance to the major shopping streets and ports. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive and features a variety of Norwegian specialties, including brown cheese and smoked salmon, as well as a variety of hot and cold items, sweets, tea, coffee and breads. Given how expensive Norway is, recommend taking full advantage of the food.

    Parking in the private garage costs a whopping 295NOK per night. The garage was tiny, underground and difficult to squeeze in with a larger car (Toyota Rav4), and you had to run out to the front desk to get them to open the door every time. Our room had a number of large flies in there when we entered that we had to get rid of, from the open window and room was still quite small for two large suitcases.

    Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, für diesen Zweck perfekt.

    Sehr gutes Frühstück, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, perfekte Lage in Hafennähe, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

    Keine Ablageflächen für Gepäck/Kleidung im Zimmer.

    Très bel hôtel . Chambre spacieuse avec une très belle vue . Équipement de qualité . Emplacement parfait dans Tromsø

    Le 3ieme lit demandé pour un 3ieme adulte est un lit d’appoint et non un vrai lit et ce n’est pas spécifié dans l’offre
