The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Please note that the property allows one cat or dog until 15 kg per unit and at a surcharge. When booking half board, note that 01 meal plus 01 not alcoholic drink (water, juice or soda) is included. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with checkin from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.When booking half board, note that drinks are not included.
