    Morning front desk was unprofessional

    The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and very helpful. The greenery was beautiful and the cats that lived there were adorable. He was able to give is a 1200 check out.

    The bed was hard. The decor and furniture were very dated and worse for wear. At 1030 on checkout day, we got a phone call waking us up, from the front desk telling us check out was in half an hour. I explained that we had a late check out. Her manner of speaking and telling me she had no notes on it, nobody told her anything wasn’t exactly professional. I had to tell her where the gentleman made the note. No apologies, no anything, just hung up on me.

    LOVED THE BREAKFAST, BUT STAFF SHOULD REFILL THE CONTAINERS FASTER.

    STUFF DID NOT REFILL THE CONTAINERS FASTER. ALSO, NO MORE FOOD WAS PROVIDED WHEN THE BREAKFAST WAS ALMOST OVER, 15 MINUTES BEFORE THE BREAKFAST WAS OVER
