I will definitely stay here again.
The room was clean and comfortable. The room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fine.
The toilet in the bathroom was so short and with being older and disabled it made it difficult to go to the bathroom.

My stay
Close to where we needed to be, staff was great, breakfast good,
I have bad knees so trying to get low is hard without something to hold on to, the toilets are made for 4 yr old and due to people popping on them they rock, there was nothing close by but the door frame and the door to assist me in getting up. My brother had the same issue in his room also

I travel to Johnson City several times a year and I will never stay at this Quality Inn again.
The location was convenient and the staff was friendly.
The breakfast table was a mess. The waffle machine overflowed and there was batter all over the table and the machine. The floor was dirty. The breakfast food was sparce - the desk clerk did refill some items for us. The ice and vending machines were inaccessible after 9 pm.

We ended up checking out.
Location was convenient to where we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Facilities and rooms are badly in need of refurbishment or renovation.
