    Breakfast included and good variety of food. Despite the effort of the only staff present that night, she was a one-man show trying to troubleshoot the issues we had with one of the rooms we booked

    Smell issues in some rooms (spices smell). Plumbing issues (clogged sink, clogged toilet bowl). Uncomfortable bed, mattress too hard. Shower heads slow and little water flow despite trying to change the setting. Short-staffed (no maintenance and housekeeping on-site during the evening)

    Nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel. Un peu plus de variété au menu des petits-déjeuners aurait été apprécié: œufs au miroir, bacon, choix de fromage. Et des vraies tasses pour le café, au lieu des verres en carton.

    Sleep difficulty & shower safety

    A nice hotel with breakfast, pool, and exercise room.

    There are two serious problems. #1 The bed mattress is way too hard. I could not sleep on it. My back, hips, and shoulders were hurting by 3 am. I tried sleeping in the chair for night #2 which was difficult. #2 . The floor in the shower is exceptionally slippery and dangerous. There are no hand holds on the walls of the shower. I decided to only use towels to wash myself off at the sink. It was frightening how dangerous the shower floor became after it got wet. #3 Minor - the area over the desk was not illuminated sufficiently. It was dark in that area where I tried to write postcards.
