Decent stay for a budget location

The cleanliness, the helpful and cheerful staff, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was consistently good.

The carpet needs to be replaced and other areas of the facility (pool, hot tub, hallway façades, etc.) are in dire need of an upgrade. The coffee was subpar and the location was okay but not very walkable.
