Our favorite place to stay--bar none.

Room was perfect. We were there for medical reasons and needed to check in early. Staff was very amenable to our needs. Quality Inn is our favorite stopping spot in the Inland Northwest. We have found nowhere to match it.

    I can't think of a complaint.

    Proximity to family. The cookies.

Bed was so hard that it hurt to sleep on side & pillows were lumpy, bumpy & were of terrible quality - overall sleeping was uncomfortable & disturbing. Very early in the morning other guests allowed the doors to simply slam rather than closing them quietly - soft closing mechanisms would help with this. The flooring near the shower was water damaged in the "recently renovated" room. The shower curtain was stained with a yellow wavy mark. The breakfast was not very appealing nor healthy; powdered eggs & no healthy protein such as real eggs, yogurt with no high fructose corn syrup or sweetener, no actual maple syrup for the waffles just a high fructose product.
