Location was good, staff was nice, overall the room was clean. Like having a fridge.
The pillow cases were stained and asked for more cause I wasn't sure they were clean. The bedspread looked dirty. The phone didn't work, no dial tone when I tried to call front desk. The handle fell off the curtain when I opened it. I didn't get instructions on how to turn the cable onto the TV had to walk down to the office for them to give me a paper with instructions. Should of been done when I got my room key. And last was bad neighbors. First night slamming doors and stomping around and 3rd night, crying girl knocking for an hour trying to get in and her boyfriend wouldn't open the door.
