    Awaiting booking.com refund. Please help!

    I liked the size of the room.

    Worst part was that our reservation was never sent by booking.com properly, so we had to book directly with the hotel. I am supposed to be getting a refund in full from booking.com since I paid for the hotel directly. Booking.com said I would be refunded from their end and that still hasn't happened. Next week I will start a small court claim to get my money reimbursed if I haven't received a refund.

    Perfect location and dog friendly.

    Overall it was good.

    The location is beautiful and the grounds well kept. Staff are friendly and polite.

    The towel rack was broken and laying on the floor. The light in the bathroom kept turning itself on and off. Finally this is the second time I have stayed at this location requested a downstairs room while making my reservation and received and upstairs room.

    Grass area to walk the dog.

    Odor from disgusting carpet and strong cleansers, stains on bed linens, overall very unpleasant.
