For the price of the comfort or quality it was overpriced. At least for my room
The staff was very helpful
In reference to the room: The bathroom fan was hanging from the ceiling The bathroom sink drains very slow. Beginning to plug up. The front door was not installed properly and there was a space at the side towards the bottom of the frame about a 1/4 inch The drapes would not close completely leaving a space about two feet so there was no privacy. People could look in when passing by. The drapes would not close all the way because the curtain rail was broken.

The city of Pinetop Lakeside AZ was beautiful
The breakfast was not up to par. It did not open at 7 o’clock. The microwave was broke microwave sitting on the counter with design on it, broken why they just didn’t take the microwave out and beyond me a set of breakfast was included, but there was no eggs or any kind of meat . The room the beds are very uncomfortable. The bed sit on some aluminum thing. I’m in a new relationship and could not have sex on the beds because they made too much noise. The people upstairs was having sex and it sounded like you were having new construction because of your bed. We will not be staying at your hotel ever again. in the parking lot in the handicap spot, the parking stop had rebar sticking out of it, which almost popped our tires. and we were handicap. We’re very disappointed in our experience at your hotel.
