The hotel was dirty, there was rust on the bathroom door, you can never find any Associated working. They were very shortstaffed.

Stay if you want bed bugs

Bed bugs! And hotel manager will get mad and hang up on you when you refuse a room upgrade. Will also agree to refund and not refund you.

    Disappointed

Location was good breakfast was fine

I would have liked to been told ahead of time that I couldn’t check in until 4 pm and not been charged a 25 check in fee and then also not known a 100 hold was going to be put on my card the check in desk was not very helpful in helping me understand why and when I tried to explain that booking online said check in could be anytime they didn’t seem to care or help at all
