    The service, the facility and the breakfast were poor. We would never stay again nor recommend it

    We didn’t like anything, it was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in 40 years of traveling.

    There were a lot of people in line to check in and only one receptionist so it took about 30-45 minutes to check in. We went to our room and the room key didn’t work so we went back to get it rekeyed and we had to wait in line. The receptionist said she rekeyed it but it still didn’t work. A maid let us in the room but it was getting late so we gave up on getting a working key. Then the next morning we left early and the outside stairs to leave the second floor were completely dark and we couldn’t see to get down them safely, it was just a bad experience all around.

    Booked room online drove all the way there and they gave my room away Said they tried calling but never did didn't have a missed call so I ended up having to find another place for my family after driving hours to get there. Receptionist was very rude

    Disappointing

    Breakfast was good.

    The facilities were not as pictured. The location didn't feel very comfortable.

    Great place for the price!

    It was very convenient for us, clean and nice staff.

    The beds were very uncomfortable. I didnt sleep well.
