The location was just right for our needs and the front desk staff were friendly.

When you arrive to check in and some of the other hotel guests are screaming and fighting in the parking lot...that's never a good sign. The floor in the room was very dirty and the bathroom sink was broken and clogged. The toilet seat was about to fall off which made it very unsafe for my elderly parents. The road next to the hotel is loud which made it difficult to sleep. We just needed to rest one night before our travels continued. I was very disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend staying here. It's a shame, I think Yuba City can do better then this.
