Terrible experience: rude staff, dirty rooms, constant noise, and absolutely no professionalism!

Unfortunately, nothing. Our experience was disappointing from beginning to end.

Extremely rude and unhelpful receptionist who refused to resolve an issue with our prepaid Booking.com reservation until the manager intervened. Housekeeping staff were shouting and laughing loudly in the hallways and lobby, showing no respect for guests. Our room was opposite the staircase, with constant noise making it impossible to sleep. The bathroom was dirty, with hair in the shower and around the toilet. Breakfast ends at 9 AM, but staff started clearing everything away at 8:30 AM. Very poor service, cleanliness, and professionalism!
