Die Lage, der Parkplatz, der Ventilator, der TV.
Der gewöhnungsbedürftige Treppenaufgang, der Garten stand leider nicht zur Verfügung.

Schöne Wohnung, kleinere Mängel, die leicht zu beheben sind.
Schöne Möblierung, wie auf den Fotos, sauber! Check-in hat problemlos geklappt, sehr positiv ist auch, dass man im Hof gleich nebenan parken kann.
Die Wohnung geht auf eine Hauptstraße, ruhig Schlafen ist nur mit geschlossenen Fenster möglich. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Mietshauses. Man muss durch ein sehr heruntergekommenes, düsteres Treppenhaus, das während unseres Aufenthalts noch dazu sehr schmutzig war. In der Wohnung gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine für Kaffeekapseln, leider wurden keine Kapseln bereitgestellt. Es wäre zumindest hilfreich, die Info, dass man diese selbst mitbringen muss, nach der Buchung zuzuschicken.

Apartament ze świetną lokalizacją i prywatnym parkingiem
Lokalizacja apartamentu jest znakomita - bardzo blisko atrakcji historycznego centrum, blisko do Muzeum Gedenkstätte Bautzen. W pobliżu jest piekarnia oraz Lidl. Możliwość zaparkowania samochodu na prywatnym parkingu jest zdecydowaną zaletą (miejsce łatwo znaleźć, jest opisane na ścianie budynku, przy którym jest apartament). Uprzejmy gospodarz pozwolił na zostawić samochód trochę dłużej na parkingu, dzięki czemu spokojnie zwiedziliśmy miasto. Sam Budziszyn jest zachwycający! Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne. W apartamencie jest bardzo czysto. Okna wprawdzie wychodzą na ulicę, która jest dość głośna, ale przy zamkniętych oknach hałas nie stanowi problemu.
