A lovely apartment with extra views of the Quay.

Perfect location for our visit to the football match on Saturday. Good to have a local shop and a bar just downstairs. Delighted to have secure parking at a reasonable cost on site.

Nothing, I would come and stay again in a similar situation. A really good find.

Overall a lovely stay with several outstanding aspects.

The bed was very comfortable the curtains were great for blackout, the view was extensive as described. There was very little noise but we were on the 9th floor, room 914. (We could hear loud booming from a music venue next door to reception but heard nothing from our 9th floor room). The apartment was spacious, welcoming and well equipped. We had a good night's sleep. The chap on reception on Sunday 18th at 10am was brilliant and a great communicator making us feel valued and well informed. The premier store beside reception was great for basic foodstuff for our single night and that staff member in the store was helpful.

The outside of the windows obviously hasn't been cleaned in a very long time which rather spoiled our enjoying the view. The apartment was described as accessible yet the TV remote didn't work and we had to turn the TV on at the wall which someone in a wheelchair wouldn't have reached; they wouldn't have reached to open the top cupboard for crockery either. The toilet flush was weak. These are all little things compared to the main issue we had on arrival of accessing the car park which took a long while due to the phone at reception not working and the phone elsewhere being answered after a delay. The communication of the lady on duty Sat night was minimal and we should have been given an extra key fob for parking. We didn't bother to disturb the receptionist further as we just wanted to settle and enjoy our stay.
