    A dreamy cottage in a stunning location

    Quay Cottage is a dreamy, quant, unreal place to stay. The location is stunning. The experience of living so close to the water in a tiny quay was a joy. There is one pub and one cafe - both serving excellent food. We ordered from the pub and when the food is ready they shout out your name standing on the quayside. Then we could take our food back to our own terrace area - what a dream. Kids loved crabbing from the jetty. Swam every morning directly from the front door. Canoed and paddled boarded too. The walk to and from the car park is not for the faint hearted - you can only drive down when the tide is out so for unloading (and loading!) you need to time this well! Loved every minute 🩵

    The cottage wasn’t sparkling clean and has some wear and tear. It was good enough for us and it wouldn’t stop me booking again.

    Cottage with great location in charming village.

    Great location, my kids love the quay, crabbing and swimming in the river.

    Relaxing break

    Location was wonderful

    I felt the property needed a good clean as it was quite dusty in places, the toilet holder in the bathroom as well as the shampoo holder in the shower was quite rusty, the cold tap in the shower room when you tried to turn it on moved round so was difficult to turn on.
