    Didn't have breakfast and location was good.

    The TV didn't work which was a real shame the cups for our tea and coffees were dirty 2 out of the 4. It just wasn't luxury like that last tines very basic room shower was small. But maybe I will book better next time quayside is still a very nice stay

    What was required location, free parking close enough to town.

    Little cramped serving area,ample seating topped up when needed.

    Toilet/ bathroom on the small side.Roof eves.
