Amazing place! We were the only guests (after the season) but everything was working like the hotel is full. Staff was very nice, room clean and cosy. We ate great dinner at the restaurant (and very big and great breakfast) and then swam in beautifull swimming pool. Thanks to all the staff, stay there was exceptional!

Disappointing Stay – Hidden Charges, Noise, and Low-Quality Food
Location is perfect. Extremely beautiful surroundings.
1) The hotel paused my booking confirmation and asked me to contact them directly. I was then forced to pay the hotel directly, rather than through Booking.com. 2) My room was located right in front of noisy air conditioning units. When I asked to change rooms, the only option offered was an upgrade for an extra 85 AZN (almost half the original cost). After some unpleasant discussion, I managed to get a discount. 3) The food served in the restaurant, both in the evening and at breakfast, was of low quality. 4) The arrangement of furniture in the room was inconvenient. 5) The staff were very punctual in reminding us about check-out time.
