    Accessibility and responsiveness.

    No electric power immediately upon arrival and a scent of disinfectant which is inappropriate in an apartment, although the smell disappeared once we opened for a few hours the windows.. No alternate location provided by the host when WE ASKED FOR IT , as at the apartment provided there was no power and therefore no air conditioning although outside was 37 degrees, even though it was not host's fault for the outbreak though they should have had it covered. Also there was no way to park the car anywhere while power was out as the barrier was electric. Therefore we had to jump out the window and leave the place with the car and returned two hours later when electricity was back on. A REAL ISSUE was that once electric power was out the main apartment building doors were locked and no one could get in or out. Lots of people waited hours at the doors to get in or out. Imagine if fire would break loose in that building. We were lucky to be able to jump out the window...
