    The room was beautifully prepared and fitted out. The staff were friendly and helpful.t

    The bedroom upstairs with the bathroom downstairs was a little inconvenient for a man of my age but the quality of everything made up for it.

    Two level town-house motel on foreshore.

    Fairly easy to find the property without using GPS etc. It is located on a side street off the main road when coming into St. Helens from the south. No appreciable traffic noise at night. Great vista of foreshore visible from the property. Only a short drive from the CBD. Low percentage gradient walking/cycling track along foreshore.

    Two level town house design with main bed room upstairs via narrow internal stairs. Top level is not wheel chair accessible . Bathroom features were only available on the ground floor. An additional bed [single] was located on ground floor but located in open floor plan area therefore no direct and immediate privacy for that occupant and could only be used if part of the hire arrangement. I have stayed in plenty of motels that don't seem to mind if the spare bed is used to place luggage etc during stay but not sure if that is permissible here without paying additional fee.
