Fantastic place to be!
After getting the lovely tram from the Airport, there is quite a simple walk to the guesthouse. You feel the location is just perfect, with great architecture on your street, a park opposite, a quick walk to a castle peering down on the city from a dormant volcano, cafes and bars every two yards around you. You feel like you have won the holiday lottery with this city and this guesthouse. Fancy looking gym, swimming pool and spa at the door beside you. The room itself lovely and cosy. Bed as soft as a cloud. Quiet. Satisfying wooden shutters on the windows. Fantastic shower with endless hot water. Coffee maker with the coffee capsules so the coffee is high quality. Would maybe get a better quality teabag in the rooms though, that first sip of a much needed tea after flying was a disappointing one! Very minor of minor things, that tea point. Overall, thanks to this guesthouse for making this Edinburgh trip a wonderful one!

Een toplocatie! Dicht bij alle bezienswaardigheden. Personeel was super vriendelijk. We hadden een probleem met de stopcontact en ze hebben ons direct geholpen.

La proximité est incroyable ! Un système de code pour une arrivée en autonomie. Chambre mignonne et hôtel charmant Petit attention avec le café et petites sucreries très apprécié Personnel réactif pour un soucis de douche
L’humidité de la chambre malgré un humidificateur Petit soucis avec la douche, quelques équipement un peu vétuste Manque d’une vrai bagagerie surveillé

Guesthouse molto carina, accogliente e ottima per soggiornare qualche giorno ad Edimburgo. Letti super super comodi, ottimo bagno e possibilità di farsi il thè/caffè in appartamento. La struttura è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico antico di Edimburgo. Si trova in una zona super attrezzata di locali/ristoranti/servizi. Gli autobus e la stazione dei treni si trova a pochissima distanza
Ogni tanto abbiamo riscontrato problemi di accesso alla stanza in quanto per accedere alla struttura ci sono da inserire dei codici. Inoltre il prezzo è comunque alto anche se ci troviamo ad Edimburgo
