Lovely room and close to centre, I will stay here again.
I was able to check in earlier than expected and it was very clean and lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. It was only 20mins walk from the centre.

Warm and friendly staff, felt welcomed and the room was comfy and clean.
Good location, only a 5 min walk to the Brayford from the accommodation. The room was comfy, clean and had everything we needed.
Nothing to not like, it suited our needs perfectly.
