A decent spot at a good location for the less needy visitors.
The apartment itself is nice and located in a quiet neighborhood, although it is within the walking distance of many tourist attractions and areas. The facility has parking on premises, which is a huge plus in this part of the city. The host was also very kind to allow earlier arrival of the vehicle and keeping the vehicle a little longer on the parking lot even after the check-out.
The apartment was not spotless clean. There was human hair in several places and some dust around. Also, the check-in was a bit messy, since we had to cut our downtown evening short in order to return to the place so the host could collect the money, and even then we had to wait for additional 40 minutes after the agreed time because they were running late. A more professional cleaning service and an online payment system (or at least another way of collecting payment in cash) would present significant improvements.

В апартаментах чисто, есть все необходимое для жизни, уютная домашняя обстановка, кроме того идеальное расположение для изучения города. Хозяйка очень приветливая и приятная, с удовольствием вернемся еще и посоветуем своим знакомым!

Es war alles perfekt in dem sehr schön eingerichtetem und dekoriertem Apartment.
Uns wurde der Schlüssel von der sehr netten Gastgeberin überreicht. Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Reise nach Griechenland dort übernachtet und uns am Nachmittag Belgrad angeschaut. Das Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet mit selbst gemalten Bildern der Gastgeberin. Nett war, dass sogar Chips und Kaffee zur Stärkung da waren :) Und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick von oben aus dem Balkon, auf dem wir abends und zum Frühstück saßen.
