Cozy and spacious for a family of 4
We loved that the room was plenty big for the whole family- having some separation from the kids was amazing. The toilet and sink on the second floor was also a nice unexpected addition! The wood detailing felt cozy, we appreciated the provided space heater as it did get a bit chilly one day with a storm. Beds were comfortable enough for SriLanka. The room itself was clean and the balcony was a nice place to sit in the evening. The staff was so kind and even brought us heated bottles one night for the beds!
There was so much mold in the bathroom, just a poorly built space with poor ventilation in a consistently damp climate. We kept the door closed, but the smell was noticeable. The breakfast was okay, but very slow. The property was much farther from the more "downtown" part of Nuwara Eliya than we realized and it was a bit complicated to figure out dinner, we ended up having our driver take us to some different places as walking only got us across the lake.

Moderate stay with limited breakfast and horrible dinner. Don't opt for breakfast or dinner.
Front desk staff and floor attendant were really nice, supportive and submissive. Location is some how good but entree of hotel is very poor, will have to reach reception through stilt parking. Felt embraced to fellow friends as booking done by me and not worth to listing price. Reception is also very small, adjacent to kitchen, with very foul smell of sea foods.
Dinner was horrible, not eatable at all, seems don't have good kitchen facility. Breakfast, limited menu, only typical bread, butter and jam and omelette and that too limitation in quantity. We asked for two boiled eggs but they told, it’s paid. Then why breakfast was listed in website as free.
