Absolutely blown away with value
The owner was 100% accommodating. I winged about the Internet and she moved us no problem. The Breakfast is beyond expectation and all fresh. Beautiful. I could not fault our stay and very welcoming atmosphere. I would highly reccomend this hotel. Excellent value. We will be back 😊
Nothing at all. Nothing was a problem to these hosts. Lovely hard working people.

Ok but not the best for travelers with access needs which impacted our stay.
The rooms were clean and the hotel was nicely situated in a nice area, the breakfast we has was lovely. There was hot drink selections in the room which were refilled the next day and 2 bottles of water for your convenience
We booked the property specifically because it advertised facilities for disabled guests. We messaged the property at time of booking advising that one of the guests was in a wheelchair and needed wheelchair access to the property and a wheelchair accessible room would have been ideal. The property did respond straight away stating that access to the hotel was ok however the lift was very small and would not accommodate most wheelchairs. Upon arrival at the property we were advised that the facilities for disabled guests such as a wet room were only available on the superior room selection and that this was likely already booked when I made our reservation. Had we been advised of this when we made our reservation we may not have proceeded with the booking. It was already a more premium price comparative to other properties . In terms of general access the property did have a ramp but it was very steep and I could not push myself up it it alone, in addition to this there was an outer door at the top of ramp which needed to be opened with a key which isn’t easy when you are already navigating a steep slope. The lift itself was fine for my wheelchair however I could not operate it without help as there were two outer doors that needed to close before the lift would operate. When we got to the rooms I could not open the door to my room fully and we had to move some furniture in the room so I could open the door and get my chair in. I feel the staff at the hotel could have checked this before our arrival. To conclude whilst I understand there isn't a lot you can do with some of the older properties, ramp and lift access are what they are in a lot of cases, more transparency from the hotel over the facilities available to us would of been appreciated. We could have made a more appropriate booking somewhere else. As it is we managed but we managed with great difficulty and we could have done this at a number of other properties for a far cheaper room rate than we got.

Overnight stay
Very warm and welcoming when you get checked in. Breakfast was very nice. And the shower was nice and big. Comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep.
Wallpaper coming away on the ceiling and walls. Decorating wasn't to a good standard. Dust on the window sill, toilet brush was dirty and holder had dirty water in it. Hairs in the shower still. And hadn't been hoovered around the small bedside drawer.
