    Overall the house was roomy which was great. It was clean and tidy located in a good spot. Only disappointment was owner didn’t answer our emails / messages in regard to a request we had made for a late checkout. Communication was good up until we arrived and then no communication from owner.

    Like staying at our own family holiday house.

    Superb house for a great number of people. We certainly felt at home like it was our family bach so it gave those vibes. I appreciated the contact with Ray. Felt personal enough and handled / delivered with mutual respect. We understood that the neighbours were close and hope we didn’t disturb them too much.

    Any issues were my own fault … I didn’t review all the information prior to arrival so needed to perform a transaction/bond on arrival which to be honest could probably have been handled in the initial process…. But again it was my issue.. all the information for access was available once i made the bond payment. ( maybe a note in the initial contact would have alerted me sooner to look further for it )
