    The lakeview from the lounge picture window and terrace were amazing! Facilities were good. Hot tub relaxing. Overall a very comfortable, peaceful stay.

    Relaxaway asked for credit card and passport details prior to check in. I had to query this with Booking.coms customer service just in case it was a scam. It turned out to be authentic, but I still do question the need for this information as the booking through Booking.com should be security enough for Relaxaway. Also, beware the turning into the house off the main road. Very tight turn from Frankton.

    Not happy

    I have made the payment, why ask me provide my passport and Visa card for online checking?? Otherwise don’t give me the lock code, I don’t understand what’s the rules?

    Lovely spacious accommodation with exceptional views over the lake.

    Beautiful location overlooking the lake. Great layout of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Outside seating and hot tub.

    Not a lot. Access to property a little tricky off the main road.
