Location was good and pleasant apartment.
We booked a deluxe apartment, but were informed just one night before our arrival that it was unavailable due to the previous guests extending their stay. While we were offered a alternative options or a full refund, I had no choice but to accept the changes because I am traveling with my family and it was too late to find other suitable accommodations. Furthermore, we were offered a voucher and a free parking spot as compensation, only to be told later that the parking spot had already been booked by someone else. This lack of internal communication is unacceptable. Your team should ensure that offers are actually available before passing conflicting messages to your customers.
