لا أنصح بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لمن يتوقع مستوى وخدمات فندق 4 نجوم. تفاجأنا بأن مستوى الفندق لم يكن متوافقاً مع توقعاتنا لهذا التصنيف؛ الأثاث والخزائن متهالكة، والمرافق محدودة، ولم نلاحظ وجود رقابة واضحة على دخول الأشخاص غير المقيمين، كما أن تعامل الموظفين لم يكن مرضياً. المدخل يتطلب صعود درج طويل لا يناسب الأطفال وكبار السن، ولا تتوفر مواقف أمام الفندق، وقد اضطررنا للنزول من سيارة الأجرة بعيداً والمشي للوصول إليه. كذلك تصميم الحمام لا يوفر الخصوصية الكافية، خصوصاً للعائلات، بسبب الباب الزجاجي ووجود فتحات على أطرافه. بشكل عام، تجربتنا كانت أقرب للإقامة في مبنى سكني عادي منها إلى فندق بمستوى 4 نجوم. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting 4-star hotel standards and services. We were disappointed, as the hotel did not meet our expectations for this rating. The furniture and wardrobes were worn out, facilities were limited, and we did not notice clear access control for non-guests. The staff were also not very helpful. The entrance requires climbing a long staircase, making it inconvenient for children and elderly guests. There is no parking directly in front of the hotel, and we had to get out of our taxi some distance away and walk to the entrance. The bathroom also lacks sufficient privacy, especially for families, due to the glass door and gaps along its edges. Overall, our experience felt more like staying in an ordinary residential building than a 4-star hotel.
