    Very comfortable apartment in a quiet location

    Exceptional apartment in a great location. Spotlessly clean with attention to detail. Francesco the owner was fantastic - very helpful and prompt with replies to messages. Such a bonus to have a balcony overlooking the canal below.

    Appartamento bellissimo, posizione perfetta e Venezia tutta da vivere!

    Het contact voorafgaand aan onze reservering was ontzettend prettig en daar hebben we echt profijt van gehad. Zo konden we onder andere de parking en watertaxi vooraf goed regelen. Het appartement zelf was heel leuk, kraakhelder en fantastisch gelegen. De bedden waren heerlijk en aan werkelijk alles was gedacht. We hebben ons er meteen helemaal thuis gevoeld!

    Het was erg warm in Venetië tijdens ons verblijf. Het appartement beschikt gelukkig over maar liefst drie airco-units (beide slaapkamers en woonkamer) – echt een luxe! De unit voor de woonkamer hangt echter bij de entree, waardoor de koele lucht de woonkamer en keuken onvoldoende bereikt. Hierdoor bleef het in de woonkamer en keuken helaas vrij warm.
