    Greatly exceeded expectations. Not only washer/ dryer but also drying rack for delicate clothes. Kitchen and Nespresso machine. Plus exceptional friendly staff, Novi was a highlight and made the stay feel comfortable. Bree, the manager, leads a great team. stay here, you'll be close to everything and have so much more than a traditional hotel room at your convenience.

    A very comfortable apartment, well appointed and very clean. The staff are amazing and very accommodating as one person in our party has a disability. Comfortable beds and great Korean restaurants downstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

    My one criticism is that the bedrooms were quite hot at night and we couldn't keep the windows open because of outside noise. Fans in the bedrooms would be great.
