    I would stay there again because of its location, the washing machine and dryer is also very handy .

    The location was very handy to cafes and eateries and shopping. The Spring Festival was wonderful. Oct 11 to 24th.

    The accommodation, although the inside was clean and comfortable, the outside patio was not good at all. Cigarette butts ,old tissues, dusty furniture. We did not use the patio at all. We reported the issue to the staff.

    I had a loverly stay and would recommend the Quest.

    Loved the fact we were in the middle of town. The room was adequate. Although next time I would request a 1 bedroom apartment rather than a studio for comfort purposes.

    The only thing which was a let down was the cleanliness of the rooms. Yes the towels were changed (It might be a good idea to ensure 2 x hand towels are provided rather than 1) the bed linen and bathroom clean but every surface, phone, desk, shelves, Shelves under the bathroom sink, window sills, closet draws etc were covered in dust & dirt. When I wiped them down with disinfectant wipes they were black after cleaning the surfaces. The pillow cases were not changed and I could see someone had slept on them. They were creased and had hair covering the pillow cases. The staff were loverly and very accommodating.
