Clean comfortable stay close to airport
Friendly staff and convenient location. Very clean and tidy room and quite spacious (they gave me a room upgrade)
Everything was great. The only thing was the overnight parking was $40.

Comfortable room up until noisy guests at 4am!
Very clean room. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Selfish idiots in room close to us (we think interconnecting room to us) that were very noisy when arrived or departing it was hard to tell at 4am in the morning whether they were coming or going. Otherwise a decent place close to airport for 1 night

The property itself is perfectly fine for a pre-flight stay, especially with a family. Staff are great, rooms are affordable and comfy.
The paid "shuttle" service is abysmal, it took over an hour to travel 1km from the terminal to the hotel, including walking most of the way with my elderly father to the designated shuttle collection point. Ordering a taxi is not an option, as the laughable distance + fare would probably see the driver kick you out or threaten your life. Airport hotels need to be convenient by design. Quest is anything but. Until the shuttle situation is fixed, literally anywhere else in Sydney is a better option.

Would like to stay again re location, but probably won’t re lack of compassion for the injured.
Location. Easy to get to after our flight.
I wasn’t told we needed a holding deposit, that still hasn’t come back. Wasn’t told how long it would take to get back. All this would be fine if it was communicated. We got into Sydney on a 10:20pm flight it was raining, family of five & a husband with a broken leg. Would’ve been nice, while I found a park if they could’ve let him in to sit in the foyer. I’m sure your night manager could see on camera his leg was broken. I understand you need a holding deposit, however I dropped him off & the children ages 4yrs, 13 & 15. In hopes they could assist their father inside out of the rain. My handbag was with me & unfortunately I had the card with the money on it. So they had to stay outside in the rain, until I could get there to give deposit. A bit more compassion maybe. Literally bruised up his arms from the crutches & in pain. Just wanted a comfy chair instead of the steps outside. Please go back on your camera and take a look . Monday 12/10 around 11pm.
