    Lovely new looking rooms, great staff and address with relation to eateries, restaurants and bars

    The location was great for beach access, access to the shops and restaurants.

    The $300 bond wasn't clearly conveyed when I was booking my room. I was really taken aback when I got the email to say that I was required to pay it while I was on my way up to Tauranga. I strongly recommend that that is conveyed more clearly on the booking site. Also the shower was very slippery, for someone who has a bad hip it was nerve wracking being in the shower, some rails in the shower would have been a great help. There was a very strong smell in the hallways that was really sickening. Myself and my daughter did not like this at all.
