    We really appreciated on requesting another room as we were staying 4 nights and felt our room was dark and cave like in a corner looking into a wooden fence, the manager showed me another room upstairs with sun and an outlook, he was so accommodating and understood it was important for us to feel like we were at home and comfortable. Thank you. I'm sorry, I dont recall his name.

    can I suggest extra plastic rubbish bags available to replace full bags . As we did not have anyone come in and replace full the rubbish bag or renew towels in four days.

    広くて綺麗で快適。アクセスも良し。

    清潔感と開放感：とにかく綺麗。リビングダイニングも広くて明るく、ストレスフリーに過ごせる。 ​スムーズなアクセスと対応：受付がスムーズ。さらに、駐車場が部屋(建物)の真ん前にあり、車の出し入れや荷物の移動がとてもスムーズだった。 観光・移動アクセス：高速道路の出入口が近くて非常に便利。フィリップ島（ペンギンパレード）、パッフィンビリー鉄道、空港へのアクセスを考えて選んだが、正解だったと思う。 ​買い物：大きなモールまで車で10分と便利。 ​高級感のあるサービス：なくても困りはしないが、掃除に入ってくれるサービスがあり高級感を感じられた。 ​充実した設備：浴槽が付いていた。

    ​価格：それ相応の値段はする。 ​清掃の不備：浴槽の掃除だけ少し甘かった。
