    Except for the air conditioner issues, it was great.

    All went well, except the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

    The air conditioner wasn’t faulty. At first it would only blow cold air and wouldn’t warm the unit, even though we had reset the unit and put the temperature up to 26. Management did come and agreed that it wasn’t working correctly. They did do somethings outside our room, not sure what and when he came back it was blowing warm air. Soon after he left, it was again only blowing cold air. It needs to be fixed.
