    Overall it was standard for what I needed at the time and close to everything.

    It is sort of hidden in a nice quiet area in Docklands which was the biggest highlight for me. The desk is staffed 24hrs as well which is great so you can always rely on hassle free check ins and also support whenever you need it. It's also clean and the bed was super comfortable, great size. Free coffee downstairs and a gym. Oh and the $50 deposit is great compared to many other places.

    There wasn't much toiletries provided which I have found standard in most hotels. I understand this was an apartment, though. Would be fab to have a shower cap though! And also there was no pots or pans to cook with on the stove so I used the microwave. However when I mentioned this to staff they offered to bring some up. (Maybe they had been stolen?). Ah and I could hear the person next to me speaking quiet clearly in the room next to me. Though this seemed to be a connecting room so maybe not all rooms are like this.

    Great place to stay in Docklands

    Everything. Staff great. Fixed a couple of small issues straight away that previous tenants had not advised them of. Transport eady. Great supermarket nearby. Loved the cinema nearby too. Great stay.

    Liked it all.Great break. Great place to stay.

    Very convenient location and a home away from home

    The rooms are really a good size and I have stayed twice now and the balconies with the views are really pretty and overall I just like the location especially when I’m down on business and it suits me 100% and as soon as you walk there’s just a beautiful smell coming from the reception and everywhere which makes it very inviting.

    They have been some issues with the cleanliness at times but that is my background as a quality assurance person for cleaning contract so I do pick up on a lot of things. Most people might gloss over apart from that. They’ve always been really open to great feedback and have even upgraded me to another room, which was fantastic customer service.
