    Very unhappy customer- management need to be more proactive and follow-up customer concerns.

    Parking and location great

    Furniture unsafe for use and urine smell noted in entire hallway on second day of our stay. I requested a resupply of coffee (after the room servicing) and was told I needed to come down to reception and get these out of the cupboard. I requested these to be brought to the room as this should have been part of normal servicing I was informed that staff were now finished for the day. However, upon arrival at reception staff were still present? I informed staff when departing about the unsafe chairs and the offensive smell in hallway and was informed that I would be contacted by management - I ensured that my contact details were correct upon check out. We departed Sunday morning it is now Thursday morning and no contact received. I contacted Quest directly by phone today and asked whether I was still expecting a reply to my concerns and was informed that management aware but they are busy with children etc. Not my problem, I had paid for a one bedroom suite $585 for two nights, so not just a standard room and was very disappointed. This was meant to have been a treat for us, disappointed at paying extra for nothing really special - broken chairs in rooms with missing or loose screws to dining chairs which resulted in chair breaking when it was sat on. When attempted to replace the broken one with another chair discovered that the other chair also missing two of the four screws required to hold it together- potentially causing a serious injury. This combined with the unpleasant smell within the entire 1st floor corridor was not a treat? I would have been happy with a portion of reimbursement but would now would like my two night stay to be totally re-imbursed.
