    Totale mancata comunicazione con l'host. Informazioni incomplete per il check-in. Abbiamo rischiato di non riuscire ad entrare e l'host non ha mai risposto ai nostri messaggi. L'unica comunicazione avuta con l'host e stata quando abbiamo prenotato, ossia mesi prima.

    Disgraceful

    Booked a year in advance, payment taken a week prior, no communication received since original booking. Showed up, no one there, no one answered calls, voicemails or texts. The building hadn't been completely built so discovered the pictures on the booking were not even a reality when booked. Booking.com had to confirm the closure of the accommodation. Left stranded 6 hours from home with a husky to find somewhere to stay. Disgraceful!!!!
