DISTGUSTING! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Location was good close to my family. Everything else was not good, it was terrible. I sent the property owner the photos of the filth and they did nothing about it. I was staying 9 nights, I offered to pay 2 of them (the one we stayed and an extra) so they weren't out of pocket... they refused to refund.
This place is beyond disgusting. It is not in a state for a hotel or guest. I am certain that it is lived in when people don't book. Look at the photos - the stuff in the shower, wasn't ours! We never used that disgusting shower. Majority of the plugs didn't work (see the green tape over them in the photos) There was ZERO cleaning - dust everywhere, the state of the shower was beyond disgusting. The beds had hair all over them. The linen and towels was old sheets and towels that must have been used in their home before hand, which is right above the "apartment", meaning you don't have any privacy. Fine, if that is the expectation but that isn't the description of this property. This property should not be on booking.com and there is a formal investigation happening because of the photos that I have shared with booking.com. I highly recommend - DO NOT STAY HERE! Especially for the price! They expect fees like a proper hotel but it literally feels like you are stay as a guest in someone's home. All of this is not an exaggeration - look at the photos and decide for yourself. Overall - there is a lot of damage, particularly in the bathroom. The state of cleaning is disgusting, honestly not even cleaned. My wife had to dust and we had to remove 5 spiders from the property on the night of arrival. I sent all of this to the property owner, including the photos over WhatsApp and his response was I could come clean it for you. But it needs to be cleaned BEFORE WE ARRIVE, not after! Also, the state of the shower - it's not cleanable. The owner would not give me a refund for the remaining 8 nights, even though the place was not acceptable and I did over to pay for an extra night just to cover some "costs". Because of this, I sent the photos to booking.com and they returned 20% of the costs back to me, which was something at least. Thank you.

Das Appartement ist sehr modern, hell, sauber und die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, vorallem auch das Badezimmer. Der Host war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar. Es gibt zudem gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Bushaltestelle Richtung DUS Hbf ist direkt vor der Tür (40 Meter entfernt).
