    aircon doesn’t work - don’t stay in summer

    Good location, new tv and nice kitchen

    -Aircon was 20 years old and didn’t work, needs thermostat to be fixed and replaced but landlord refused and ‘said all in your head’. Varna is very hot in summer -rude unprofessional landlord -bathroom was from soviet times - fifth floor stairs unsuitable for luggage

    Місце розташування дуже зручне, поруч є магазини і кафе, великі апартаменти підходять для великої сім'ї. Кондиціонер на першому і другому поверсі.

    Ванна кімната брудна, особливо шторка для душа. Немає мікрохвильової печі. Фото апартаментів дуже старі.

    The room itself was decent, but beware: the extra fees are almost as much as the nightly rate and only mentioned in fine print. Technically disclosed, yes—but clearly designed to be overlooked. It feels intentionally misleading, and it spoiled what could’ve been a good stay.

    Lovely place for a stay in Varna

    Excellent location - right by the sea garden. Beach, restaurants, bars walking distance, as well as the city center. One of the bedrooms is on the second level and makes it even more cozy. Equipped with anything you might need for a longer stay, too.
